Ugh, if I have to. Dinner recipes are a necessary evil. As a stay-at-home mom, whose husband isn’t home for dinner, I have to make dinner. Everyday. That’s a daunting thought for someone who doesn’t like to cook. I’ve never liked making food, it just doesn’t appeal to me. I don’t ‘make recipes up’ or ‘come up with something on the fly’.
However, when I do cook I explore new recipes and try to make really yummy recipes that everyone loves. And I’ve gotten better at cooking and finding great recipes. Now I know what ingredients I like and what flavors appeal to me.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m still a reluctant cook and dread making the grocery list and menu for the week. But until my kids can cook, I’ll post the dinner recipes I’ve tried and love here. Make sure to follow me on Pinterest too!
