Remember when you were single, and by that I mean, without child? You would stay up late, travel to cool places and explore. Life hasn’t stopped me from traveling, I just do it a little less. It’s inevitable to slow doing with a baby or toddler but my husband and I are pushing through those obstacles and getting out there. It also helps that I’ve lived all over the states, having recently moved back to Southern California from Arlington, Virginia.
I loved the DMV area: Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia and I have lots to share from living out there. Who knew the nation’s capital and it’s surround areas were so amazing? We were there for just under two years and could have stayed for two more and still had more to explore! From the food to the sites it’s really a great place to live and visit.
Then there’s Southern California. My husband was born and raised in SoCal so he swears it’s the best place in Earth. I, however, have lived everywhere from Texas to Washington to California and can say every place is awesome. But…since we’re here and SoCal is pretty great, I should share what we love to do and see!
Whether it’s in our backyard, SoCal, or around America I’ll be sharing our adventures here.
