Life encompasses a lot. With a toddler that means crafting and playing. A lot of crafting. Keeping a child busy, especially when you’re a stay-at-home mom is a mind boggling. How many times can I get away suggesting play-doh or paint? And how many things do I need to paint? What else is there to paint?
Which brings me to parenting. Did you see all those question marks? That’s parenting in a nutshell. Am I doing this right? Why is potty training impossible? Is there a reason you won’t go to bed? Ugh. But then they go and make a funny face or come up and hug you for no reason. OK fine, I must be doing something right.
Even though we have a toddler we still like to explore. Life can’t stop once you have a kid, though I do believe it might be on hold for the first year of their life. And living in Southern California there is never a loss of things to see and do. I’ll travel around SoCal and America, sharing with you as we go on our journeys.
